Theories of Personality (2024 Edition)

Psychology in Vietnam has evolved as a vibrant and developing science. From its early days as a secondary school subject before 1945 to the establishment of dedicated research institutions, university faculties, and professional journals in the 1960s, the field has grown significantly. Today, the Vietnam Association of Psycho-Pedagogical Sciences stands as a proud member of the International Union of Psychological Science.

Among the various branches of psychology, Personality Psychology remains one of the youngest yet most vital disciplines. This phenomenon is not unique to Vietnam; as this book illustrates, it reflects a broader trend within the global psychological landscape.
